Invitation of Comments on Model EPC Agreement for Highways and Model RFP for EPC and Model RFP for EPC and Maintenance of Highways

INVITATION OF COMMENTS ON (i) MODEL EPC AGREEMENT FOR HIGHWAYS AND       (ii) MODEL RFP FOR EPC AND MAINTENANCE OF HIGHWAYS The documents as per above have been prepared by National Council of Applied Economic Research, New Delhi. It has been decided to put these documents on Ministry of Road Transport & Highways website for one month to solicit the comments from all stakeholders, based on which, the documents may be modified/finalized.
