Invitation of Comments on Model EPC Agreement for Highways and Model RFP for EPC and Model RFP for EPC and Maintenance of Highways

INVITATION OF COMMENTS ON

(i) MODEL EPC AGREEMENT FOR HIGHWAYS

AND

      (ii) MODEL RFP FOR EPC AND MAINTENANCE OF HIGHWAYS

The documents as per above have been prepared by National Council of Applied Economic Research, New Delhi. It has been decided to put these documents on Ministry of Road Transport & Highways website for one month to solicit the comments from all stakeholders, based on which, the documents may be modified/finalized. Accordingly all the interested persons/institutions are requested to kindly send their suggestions/views, based on the experiences in their respective fields, correctly mentioning the chapter number and name, page number, the existing provision and the proposed revision in the enclosed format at the earliest possible  by e-mail with comments attached as MS Word document to Chief Engineer (Roads) Standards, Research & Technology at kandasmy.c@nic.in or by speed post to the Chief Engineer(Roads)SR&T, Ministry of Road Transport & Highways, Room no.321, Transport Bhawan, 1-Parliament Street, New Delhi-110001 so as to reach latest by 28th February 2010.
